How to with Halley- A Balloon Wreath

One of my best friend's called me a couple of weeks ago to help her plan her sweet Jaxon's Dr. Seuss themed, 1st Birthday Party! I was happy to help! She's headed down to hang out and work on things next week but I wanted to surprise her with this adorable birthday wreath to use at the party.

It was so easy and inexpensive to make! I found some already made that cost close to $90 each ! This project only cost around $18 to do yourself and is easier than it looks.

You'll need:

12" Straw Wreath left in the plastic

About 130 greening pins
About 130 balloons
