If you live in the south, you know there's nothing like a juicy watermelon on a warm sunny day!  This watermelon cake is perfect for the Spring and Summer months and so easy to make!

What you'll need:

A seedless watermelon

Cool Whip ( I use light)

Fruit for topping (I used strawberries)

Granola or almonds for topping

I hope you guys think this is as cool as I do! It's so tasty and I can't wait to surprise every single girlfriend with a guilt free birthday cake! Lol
